Eyes exercises, self massage, visualization and kinesthetic awareness empower you to help yourself and apply your learnings in daily routines, at work, at home and when you travel. This is first step to get rid off eyeglasses, relax muscles around your eyes to prevent and eventually eliminate crow’s feet and wrinkles on the forehead.
